We built an Authentic Custom Home in the spring of 2011 and had a wonderful experience. Kenyon worked with us every step of the way to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. We made some significant changes to the original floor plan and Kenyon was 100% supportive and willing to make everything work just the way we had envisioned. Kenyon and Brandi were also very responsive and always willing to answer questions or provide feedback. Since we were moving from out of town, it was tricky to schedule time for plan reviews and decorator meetings, but Kenyon was always very flexible and willing to work with our schedule. We have lived in our home for almost a year now and absolutely love it. We have recommended Authentic Custom Homes to several friends looking to build a new home and will continue to do so. We feel that we got a great product and are very happy with our new home.

I would highly recommend a new house from Authentic Custom Homes to a friend. It’s the attention to detail and all the little extras that impress me the most. Most new homes have granite but I love that my house has inch and a quarter “thick” granite in the Kitchen and bathrooms. The custom wrought iron detail on the stair case is a great first impression when you enter my home and screams “expensive” but it wasn’t! Everyone that comes to my house loves the “pocket office” and I get a lot of “what a great idea” or “why hasn’t someone thought of that before”? Every room has something that makes it special. From the tumbled glass back splash to the high end fire place, to the vaulted ceilings, I could go on and on. But the best thing, check out the walk in shower… that’s really all you need to see…

I am a retired, single, female from a very small town. I wanted to move to OKC and looked at many houses by various builders. I saw a home built by Authentic Custom Homes and knew I wanted my home to be built by them. I LOVE my home! I had many friends tell me what I already knew, that my house is so well built. The finish and detail work is great. Kenyon and Brandi answered every question I had. The very few problems I had were taken care of immediately.
